I think this deck is a reasonably viable and fun control option for players missing the 12+ legendaries needed for the meta shadow decks.

See Quid Pro Quo for deck discussion and memes. The biggest upgrade from this budget version is Dizo's Office. If you don't have Vicious Rejuvenation, you might not want to craft it as a new player since it's not played in any other decks, but it is very important to the deck's ability to function and is very fun. The 14 rares besides Dizo's Racket are all staples and worth the craft.

I'm definitely going to be playing this. With Dizo's racket I was probably pissing my opponent off with all the time I spent trying to decide what to discard. Kind of feel like a dickhead killing people this way... Which fits my playstyle just fine. Thanks for the list.
