First of all, the deck is not so good, but if you really want to play Marvelous Imperion, this list is my suggestion.
I tried to achieve the right balance between being a good deck and maintaining the meme, and I think it does it well.

Two tips for good usages for Marvelous’ wisp gift:
1. It is good for tempting your enemy to do a trade with your unit for Soulbringer’s Tribute.
2. It can save one of your units from Equalize.
