Here Comes the Pitch
Are you tired of making decisions? Do cards that only have one use appeal to you? Is combat math boring? Well have I got a deck for you!
Play units on turns 1-3 and clear out any small units, then point everything directly at the face to close the game out.
Card Discussion
Battlefront Dasher,
Kazuo, Melee Virtuoso,
Raging Jackal,
Ticking Grenadin,
League Explorer - Play these on turn 1-3 and start attacking.
Sol's Fury,
Raze,
Blighted Pasture - Play these on the opponent's face when you have nothing else to do.
Torch,
Detonation Cannon - Two of the three cards that require thought in the deck. If playing it will help you get an attack in, go ahead and use it as removal. Otherwise, save it for the face.
Touch of Force - The dream is to hit Ticking Grenadin when they block it and a Blighted Pasture in hand. 8 damage! Also pretty hot with Detonation Cannon; all of your spells get double damage!
Syl, No Regrets - This one might look out of place because it involves warping the powerbase to play it, but oh man is it worth it. Syl is an absolute nightmare -- opponents are forced to use their cheap removal on your early units, so when it comes time to deal with Syl they might not have the Torch for it. If she does get hit by Torch, Defiance, or Call the Hit, that sucks for sure, but more often than not I find her sticking and locking the opponent out of spells.
If you don't want to play Syl, you get to play all sigils and
Rune of Flame. Maybe you can play Censari Brigand in her place, but I recommend the shadow splash.
Enjoy!
