You could include both merchants Ixtun Merchant and Jennev Merchant, then put Molot & Nakova and other high cost cards in the Market. Also I'd personally get rid of the early game and 7-drops cards for more power and draw as I see a consistency issue. But apart from that I looks like a fun deck. Has Oni Dragonsmith been that good as I'm thinking of a similar deck myself?

Oh, yes. There have been many games where Oni Dragonsmith would allow me a Crimson Firemaw or two earlier and would result in a swift victory either by final blow or my opponent conceding.

As for Scale Seeker being in the deck, just another way to trigger Kenna, Shaman of the Scale 's Killer. I've actually found him quite useful most games, either as an early game blocker or spell/silence target. I do get to trigger his ability often and summon that 5/5 Dragon.
