[Masters] Praxis Aggro

Changes:
Adding:
4xRaging Jackal: Much better card than expected, especially when compared with Midchief Salus. Makes the curve smoother by running more 1-drops.
3xBarricade Basher: Good 3-drop, a big enough body to protect Málaga Amphitheatre. Discard can sometimes be an upside for D'Angolo Houndmaster. Also good synergy with Powercell. 3-of because we don't really want to see 2 in the same hand.
2xScythe Slash: Pushes insane amount of damage, has great synergy with Passionate Stonehammer, Barricade Basher and D'Angolo Houndmaster. Plunders.
Dropping:
2xCast Out: A tempo play that is synergistic with soldiers (and Powercell). However, it is dropped when 5 other soldiers are also dropped from the deck.
1xPraxis Blueprints: 2 copies are enough. You aren't going to trigger the effect anyways.
4xMidchief Salus: They seemed unimpressive against regen blockers and removals. Double fire is also tough for the deck.
1xFlash Fry: You really really don't want to have 2 copies in your hand, but it is one of the only efficient removals against Whispering Wind, Vine Grafter and Lynax, Moltenwing.
1xSpeed Grafter: With Blazing Salvo out of expedition, markets are generally very tempo negative for an aggro deck like this. That said, the charge sometimes come into handy and it is not impossible to get the power to market with Málaga Amphitheatre, Kanya, Ironthorn Envoy and Logistics Expert.

Market seems fine and there are uses for each card there. However, I think giving a unit charge is much more valuable than actually marketing for a card.

Other considerations:
Entrancer: No, just don't. It does nothing.
Open Way Supplier: I don't think my luck is good when it comes to topdecks. The card is also too slow for what the deck wants to do.
Crafty Occultist: Hilariously I think crafty may not be bad for the deck, but I am aiming for a straight praxis deck right now.
Char: Blitz Stone is better.
Rally: Seems like win-more to me. In general, this deck is not aiming to grow a super-wide board, but to gain insane tempo from a combinations of ramp, bounces, exhausts, efficient removal and free units.
Cast Iron Furnace: Considerable market choice (in place of Seek Power). There is a non-zero chance to have 5 factionless cards in the void if you run Seek Power maindeck instead of Praxis Blueprints.
Onoris Roa: Good against Overloader, mediocre against other decks.
The Last Carnosaur: Not playable maindeck, awkward with charge if grabbed from market.
Arcanum Monitor: Behold the Truth is better in the terms of immediate impact and tempo.
Phoenix Stone, Urn of Choking Embers: Considerable.
