Information

Props to SilentNSly for the inspiration: Equal Minotaurs! This is AP Midrange with our favorite "I-dare-you-to-run-Permafrost" minotaur, plus a lot of other AP threats that get strictly better with Spire-on-a-Stick, who is already an ahead of curve 5/5. It's starting to look like mono-Time out here.

SilentNSly Eternal Version: 1.46.9
I think this deck is better tuned than my Equal Minotaurs.

The Emerald Coin in the market is interesting.
It has helped me to reach 5 for Tavrod and has also allowed Auric Interrogator to draw me cards.

However, I still like having a huge threat in the market for when games go long.

How has Cull the Deck been working for you? It seems a little out of place in this list considering it doesn't run any card advantage outside Tavrod and tomb. Seems like you could make good use of Lost Scroll to reliably hit those 4 and 5-power bombs?

You're right in that 60% of the time Cull is grabbing me a land to stay on-curve, especially on turn 2. But since all of the plays are so impactful, the only problem this deck has is running out of gas or an extremely problematic creature (Tasbu is one). For that reason I prefer Cull, as Scroll is nearly dead draw if it comes a turn too late, while Cull helps dig for a threat or answer.
The other reason is that Tavrod on 5 is pretty much the same as Tavrod on 4, it either dies to Vanquish or wins.

That to say, it's working out well so far and I've never had a hand where I wished it was a Lost Scroll, except once when I whiffed on a land. (It is possible this deck wants 26 lands but I hate doing that :P)
