Information

I just took the Xenan Talir list and switched out Azindel and Talir for Suppressor and Valiant, and changed the market a bit.

I was very impressed on how consistently Valiant Guardian won games on its own.

This list took me out of Diamond 1 to masters, though my field of opponents was nonstandard to say the least.

The Onoris Roa slot in the market can change, though this deck having no life gain and Onoris representing a potentially huge amount of life is nice.

Bignatius Eternal Version: 21.05.18
Hello Aiwinne,

interesting list. Could you tested the Xenan Blueprints as you mentioned?

Did you consider Twinned Spiteling in place of Sandstorm Titan? The don't fly ability don't seem to matter much at least for me.

I would swap Exploit for Curtain Call to protect my bombs although I understand why it is in the deck.

Best regards
BIGnatius

This is a very interesting deck. Extremely elegant in its simplicity. Easy to play. Counters the popular Reanimator meta with Grand Suppressor. Well done.

Only tried this in Gauntlet, where it is really, really strong: 34-1 so far. Only Sudden Death Boss who started and had a perfect draw to kill on turn four was too strong. I swapped out two Sigils for Blueprints, which are awesome here. At first look I thought about taking out Suppressor, but he is an Allstar against many AI decks. Still not sure if Talir/Kairos combo is better, but I'm loving Guardian so far. Gnash/Burden is definetily my favourite combo in Gauntlet.

Also, I'm really liking the deck, but even tailored as it is against sling, do you thing it'd perform any better if one or two spots were cut for a relic or two to exploit siege breaker?
Aiwinne Eternal Version: 21.05.18
As for this, I don't think so, but you could try 1 or 2 copies of Ancestral Oasis perhaps.

Is there a particular reason why you are running extra power instead of blueprints?

I literally took a tournament Talir Combo list from a few months ago and swapped 8 maindeck cards, didnt change the powerbase at all. Blueprints seems appealing. Time Rune actually can seem like it can work in this list.
