I called it Toolbox because of 4 Dragon Forge, 4 Quarry and 1 Immortalize to draw dragon that suits your needs.

Curve and Cost-Reducing Cards
In the dreamland, this deck has a pretty good curve on 3-4-5-6 with Cozin Darkheart - Crimson Firemaw - Eclipse Dragon - Karvet, Solar Dragon. In addition, it features a full playset of Oni Dragonsmith, Dragon Forge, Quarry, and Crimson Firemaw, so you will often put down dragons earlier than you are supposed to.

Eclipse Dragon and Dragon Forge
Dragon Forge is fast spell. So if I can delay using Dragon Forge after putting down Eclipse Dragon, I will do so. This deck also features Cremate, Torch and Immortalize in market to capitalize on Eclipse Dragon ability.

Others
This is normally a slow deck, obvious from some card choices like Dragon Forge, Cozin, and lots of high-cost dragons. But this deck can be fast if you open with Oni Dragonsmith. Oni Dragonsmith -> Oni Dragonsmith -> Crimson Firemaw/Eclipse Dragon will put you at 10//11 power with evasion on Turn 3.

I switch decks a lot more than I try to seriously climb ranked ladder, so I'm not sure how it performs on high-ranked matches. It's probably no good.
