Why Strategize over Wisdom of the Elders? Without Jotun Hurler you will lose a card even if you want have 0 or 1 because Crafty Occultist.

It is true that losing Hurler in this list hurts a lot when you're running Strategize and Crafty. I may end up going back to him in the future because on paper he seems perfect for this deck, but truth be told, in practice, I've just never really been all that happy running him. I also have liked Strategize over Wisdom since I usually care more about digging for sling than card advantage and since most decks are developing pretty dangerous boards by turn 3 or 4 I either need to use my turn 3 to play a sling or clean up threats.

As a player that love sling and snooze i can say: Snooze is slow for Throne. In expedition he can be used since have worst removals.
Against Control he give 2 turns to the opp. Against Aggro (one of the weakness of Sling of the Chi) Geminon, the Double Helix can block and sometimes Mastery. Hailstorm can put 30 + damage in his mastery and he combo well with Rost, the Walking Glacier because if the opp kill it while you have Sling of the Chi you will give even more damage.
Other reason to use it is because of the popularity of Shrine to Karvet. One of my matches to master i defeat a player with more than 60 health this way. He is good with Replication Cell too.

Maybe if the meta change and return to midrange then snooze can be used, but against aggro and unitless he is bad.

Thanks for the detail. I'm no sling expert. I have unfortunately been killed for 100 by geminon though!
