Man saber-tooth prideleader is great.

I started playing the combrei temporal deck from ThaliaTea from the tournament but wanted to go deeper into the fast speed theme (i.e. like MTG fairies decks of old) and fix some issues i had like frequently running out of cards. After iterating through a few color combos I ended up here.

You have great play against aggro with hurlers, ayan, saber-tooth, 8 1 or 2 cost removals, as well as malediction and BSH in the market.

You have good play against control with the relic package and generally ambushing units in for damage.

It has trouble with combo though. No real way to interact there.

Card Choices:

Xumucan:
He might look weird in a 3 color deck, but the power works surprisingly well, I pretty frequently drop him on turn 6 or 7. Further, its not like he's going to get outsized even if you wait a few turns.

Power:
The deck needs TTTTTSSPP but really time is the only important one. We have 4 find the way and a TS banner in the market (which may be better as TP,) but despite this I've had a lot of success playing turn 2 snowball/perma into turn 3 merchant into turn 4 malediction and few issues with the colors.

2 Perma, 1 Annihilate, 3 Equivocate, 1 Ice Bolt, 1 Rindra's Choice:
I know I want ~8 removal spells outside of the display but I'm sure what I have here isn't optimal. I basically adjust it after close games/losses but i'm not sure how to fix it, I basically want all these effects, Rindra's choice is probably the most suspect, but the nice thing about playing 7 merchants, 4 strategize is the ability to to put away useless cards.

Strategize+Wisdom+Find the Way+Hurler:
These are what generate most of the card advantage. I've gone down to 3 hurlers mostly for space considerations. The combination feels nice with the merchants.

Merchants+Market:
So I cut a merchant mostly for space considerations, plus in previous versions they would get stuck in hand against aggro. I love ebon dune merchant against aggro, no more of that sinking feeling when you play your turn 3 merchant against yetis and know that if he has removal, you are going to be in burn range. Ebon dune swoops in, trades with the aegis unit, grabs a sweeper and there's nothing they can do. The other option was either the 2/2 TP merchant or the 1/4 SP and though the TP merchant may make it easier to access time cards in the market, the body is so bad that i don't think its worth it. As for the market, there are 2 i'm sure of and 3 that might be suboptimal. the banner is important since we only have 4 sources of fixing otherwise and Malediction is for aggro. BSH may be overkill against aggro but i've fetched it frequently enough when i'm low on life. Meanwhile Feeding time was chosen to deal with troublesome units but since we have 3 equivocate, 4 displays and 2 permafrosts that can all deal well with rost and makto this may no longer be necessary. Lastly Gnash is the slot i'm least sure of, only 4 of the merchants can get him, he's not fast and his effect when he comes down is good but is rarely the windmill slam you think of when you first read it. There's likely something better for this slot, maybe some disruption for combo?

Displays+Staff of Stories+Pit of Lenekta:
I wanted a midgame and a lategame payoff for the displays to fetch. This package might be too cute but it shores up the game against control so much and makes it incredibly rare you ever get down to topdecking. It also feels great knowing that if your opponent's board control slips even a little you can just remove their creature+display for staff->play it on an empty board. This is where the fast speed of the deck really shines because if you're board is empty, no problem, if their board is empty, they better have a weapon handy or things will quickly get out of reach for them.

Ayan:
I originally had fewer ayan because i was worried about getting SS early enough for him to help against aggro but it hasn't been an issue. Ayan puts great work in on both ends of the field since early game he helps stabilize while lategame he chips in damage and is a 2 for 1.

Wasp:
Theres only 3 but its possible it should be 4, definitely shows its worth against icaria and champ of cunning but otherwise we either have ambush options that stick around or gnash if its a flier.

Other Options:

Desecrate
In many decks this card is a necessity, but we have 3 colors, we don't need this terrible excuse for removal

Royal Decree
one of my favorite cards, only 3 of the 7 merchants could get it unfortunately.

Oizio, Adaptive Spy/Sudden Schism
Tried these both, oizio was a little better since schism only protects our own units while oizio+annihilate lets you permanently steal an opponents creature for 5 power fast speed. On the other hand it doesn't really advance our gameplan since our units can generally get underneath removal so it seemed a bit too cute.

Temporal Distortion
In the first list I saw the deck seemed to revolve around temporal, but honestly, if you play it well you can keep your mana up pretty efficiently. Further only half the merchants can get it. I could see this going in the gnash slot if anything though.

Sodi, Wingbreaker
This is a cool card, but it'd have to be in the market and ebon dune can't get it

Sandstorm Titan/Vara, Vengeance-Seeker
Good cards against aggro but otherwise don't really advance the gameplan

Nullblade
had this for a bit as a 3rd relic to fetch against troublesome units but since you have to use a display to get it, why not just use the display on the unit?

Azindel's Gift
does the same thing as bit, but doesn't affect the board.

Azindel, Revealed/Mokhnati, Restored/Scourge of Frosthome/other finisher
While these may be mroe reliable than Gnash in the end game, Gnash makes up for it with his summon ability in hte midgame.

Honor of Claws
too expensive when we are trying to leave mana up.

Banish
Everything it does, other cards in our deck do at a cheaper price

Dizo's Office
Not awful for a surprise ambush unit->office kill->lifesteal attack but its expensive and you'd more often rather just ambush eat an opposing unit than office kill it.

Xenan Temple
Same issues as dizo's office, even though its cheaper, it doesn't do anything especially well for us and we have enough generic value

Unseal/Read the RunesRejectionCorruptSpell Swipe
The thing I miss most out of my previous 3 color attempts at making this deck is the amount of counterspells the jennev version had. I tried sliding a few into this version, but couldn't find room and it didn't seem to need it. However its possible that a counterspell in the market could be good against combo, though the only ones that both merchants can get are corrupt and spell swipe which both have issues since corrupt doesn't stop diogo combo while spell swipe is a bit expensive.

Hailstorm
Malediction in the market takes up this slot and is significantly better than hailstorm since it doesn't kill your merchants. You might notice that ebon merchant is a 2/2 but when you use it, it tends to ambush in and die so it usually avoids the cross fire.

Brilliant Idea
probably worse than mokhnati which has its own issues

Cirso's Choice
I love that its fast speed but stonescar aggro laughs at it

Trailblaze/Second Sight
Not enough room, did try second sight for warp/echo value but was underwhelming.

The Winter Crown/Temporal Adept
I tried these in jennev as attempts to get more card advantage, but both are only good when you are ahead.
