Just a slightly modified version of GGCrono's Wispy Woods (Xenan Wisp Tribal).

Main differences are in the market: a stronger focus on combo enabling. Therefore, we use Kerendon Merchant.

Also added The Praxis Arcanum with the available slots in main.

Switched Nocturnal Creeper for Ephemeral Wisp for easier recursion and added the fourth Xenan Initiation at the expense of an Annihilate.

Otherwise, pretty straight forward. I've been liking it just a weeee bit better than the original deck by GGCrono. I think my idea of going for Haunting Scream might not be efficient enough, but I still play my other deck as well: Haunting Wisps v2.2
