Thsi is a playable jank list that did at least fine in top 20 master. Basic gameplan is to recycle
Weary Spiteling with cards like
Shadowlands Guide and
Soulbringer. Both of them and basically every other unit in the deck can be tutored up by
Keelo, Bold Innovator (except Spiteling, but you can tutor them with
Crownwatch Press-Gang). You can try to swap some of the 1- and 2- ofs depending on your matchups.
Defiance was also mainly a tech choice to combat Stonescar aggro, but its also fine in some other matchups. You can also try to find a space in the market for one
Haunting Scream to give charge to one of the Spitelings if you like, because I ended up cutting them from the maindeck because they were bad against aggro.
