Just hit masters with this awesome deck and got the 10-winstreak achievement. Absolutely love this deck!
Had a couple of narrow escapes and one lucky concede, but best run i've ever had so far. Previously i would get stuck at 8 wins.

Whats new in Hooru Control erik? It seems to be far less popular than it was not too long ago. Barely see sanctum control decks around anymore.

Sanctum control saw a big downturn with the unnerfing of icaria, and it got hit even harder by the nerfing of privilege of rank. However, it remains an incredibly powerful card, especially when combined with korovyat palace.
I've been seeing a lot of durdly midrange decks nowadays, with very few icarias, so it seemed like a good time to revisit this old favourite. The deck is very similar to older builds, with a few tweaks here and there to adapt to the new meta and to make up for the lack of priv. So far it's been a lot of fun for me, although it's not a deck I would take to a tournament in the current meta.

Thanks for the explanation. Ive got a Pet project of Yisha+Minotaurs , which I enjoy playing because it's pretty unique among decks in play these days, and does well enough.

I also am experimenting with Equalizer Combrei (since equal hooru is already common), Ixtun Aggro .

If you have the time, any advice on any of these would be awesome. They are my first published decks and i'm hoping at least one of them (probably the equal minotaurs) will be worth perfecting and playing.

Either way, keep brewing dank decks, always end up with great examples of meta-appropriate decks, and occasionally showing off new combinations/interactions we plebs would have missed

Hey, sorry I haven't replied until now I've been super busy with irl stuff.
All your decks look cool, and I think ixtun aggro has some potential if you can find a way to build a functioning 3F aggro powerbase.
I highly recommend joining the eternal discord if you want more feedback on your decks, there are a lot of helpful people there and it's much more convenient for me as well.

Yeah the influence is tricky - keeps one card I really like (Yushkov) outta that sorta deck sadly.

The Minotaur one might look meme-ish but it performs way better than I would think.

I'll join the discord when I have a chance.
