Alright guys. The boogie man, Temporal Distortion is back! And boy does it have some sweet new tricks. The Draw/Go style is alive and well in this incarnation.

It plays very similarly to the Temporal decís of old. However, now we can be more stream lined thanks to Display of Knowledge that is my favorite card out of this set. Toolbox decks are my drug of choice. Display allows you to grab whatever relic that suits your need. Or to simply say NOPE to that echo'd Inquisitor Makto or any other pesky Unit. And then once you've sewn up a nice little bow on the game, you throw down a Pit of Lenekta or go to the face with Channel the Tempest.

The market may look a bit strange. But it is for a specific reason. Getting double Shadow is sometimes annoying. The Xenan Temple is for either a little bit of dig or tricks with Scorpion Wasp, but the main reason for it is, it stops void reccurals by throwing those units you bust up into your void instead. A New Tomorrow is a good card to play ASAP that way you are drawing straight gas afterwards. Passage of Eons and Talir's Unwinding are both cards you could switch for whatever you feel like, I just like the mass relic m and silence, and Unwinding is hilarious when you want to be a troll and just draw out and made game.

This deck is pretty good. Took me a minute to figure out what a good opening hand looks like. Basically what I've found is you just want a lot of scout lands to start and a merchant.

This deck looks likea ton of fun, but i am wondering how exactly you close the game out other than with pit? I kind of feel like the list just durdles endlessly until they are out of gas, but then you dont really have a closer? Unless i am missing something.

Also, is vapor hut actually good? 7 power for 1 power, 12 for 2, etc seems whack in a deck where relics dont really matter.

Final question, how essential is a new tomorrow?

Play a game where you're stuck on power and you start pulling them with Vapor hut and your mind will change real quick, that's how I fell in love with the card. And I'll be honest, when I play this deck, my game plan to win is have my opponent scoop. Once I have control of the board and they have run out of gas, drop reclaimer and Target yourself. That usually does it. If you land Pit, you should be closing the game out rather quickly after that, same with SoTSK. And we run the disjunction mainly for taking out annoying relics of the opponents, usually Mask, Crown, and rival SoTSK. Otherwise we hold those to get back our relics against FJS.

I like Tomorrow since it basically says every card you draw after that is straight gas, which helps with the make my opponent scoop game plan.

It's the innocuous ones that are true sleepers. for control decks, especially if you get temporal out. Hut means you are Guaranteed a power drop, which is exactly what you're looking to do.

And I really don't think Passage of Eons is that much of a stretch in the board. It's a really good card that can deal with a variety of threats and permanently silence annoying units. Also is a way for other color combos to deal with things like the Gavel that locks down reanimator decks.

I ended up doing a semi-large overhaul with the mainboard to help ensure a more consistent power base and lowering the curve so you can be more responsive.

I do need to work on the power base. I've heard others have similar problems, RNG has always been on my side I guess. I only got screwed out of shadow a few times.

Only 2 petition, no seek, and only merchant that ramps in a deck that's 4 colors and wants to get to 9 power, pretty greedy. I like the idea of display of Knowledge in a temporal deck, but this list looks like it needs some work

I'm not an expert on these temporal decks, but I feel like they used to play 4 seek and 2 find the way. I'd recommend looking at some other lists. Definitely try to fit the 4th strategize.

Find the way is fine as a 3 faction deck. Not so much when you are doing a splash for a 4th. Bc that 4th I'd crucial. So seek and petition
