First, this is not a competitive deck. Second, it is hard to play because you need to know what to discard every turn.

Combo: End your turn with East-Wind Herald and South-Wind Herald and West-Wind Herald and North-Wind Herald on board, when you have either a copy of Mirror Image or Strength of the Pack in your graveyard. Ending turn will summon Avatar of Winds. Upon summoning Avatar of Winds, it will deal 5 damage to your opponent and let you cast a spell from your graveyard for free. Cast either Mirror Image or Strength of the Pack on Avatar of Winds will summon another Avatar of Winds. Repeat until your opponent die. However, you do have a time limit. Act fast or your turn will be ended before you kill your opponent. (Happened to me many times...)
Casting everything in one turn is hard because it requires 16 Power. There is an easier Two-turn setup I usually do. It can be done for as low as six power. When Mirror Image or Strength of the Pack is in the graveyard, play West-Wind Herald. Next turn, attack in with West-Wind Herald and cast a free spell of its effect, then play another spell of your hand. Now (after casting the spell of your hand) you only need 5 power to play the rest of the combo. This combo's require Power is East-Wind Herald 2Power+ South-Wind Herald 3Power + North-Wind Herald 0Power + spell from hand n Power= 5+n Power

Search combo through Whispering Wind, Skyward Seer and draws.
Tip: if you have cast 2 or more spells this turn, North-Wind Herald will cost 0, even when it's in the deck. Therefore, Whispering Wind will have 0% chance draw you North-Wind Herald after you cast 2 spells in the same turn.

Q1: How can you cast Find the Way and A New Tomorrow with just one Time Sigil?
A: You almost never cast A New Tomorrow on your own. It is a card to discard then cast through West-Wind Herald. Find the Way give us a nice card advantage because its Echo. If we can cast it, it will draw more power out of our deck which makes it easier for us to draw the useful cards. If we can't cast it, use it as a discard resource.
