So what happens when you choose Dracowitch Razca as the card we are going to build around and a crazy dream? This deck!
Originally played on my 12/23/2023 stream. Thanks to chat for helping to streamline.
So my idea was to focus on the second part of Razca's text and summon 7 dragons from the void and surprise people as nobody really pays attention to her text.
So I have some of the usual discard engine with Injustice, Malaise, and Sporefolk. Ascetic Lantern is also a key part of our discard engine to help with discarding our large dragons from hand.
Some tech we added thanks to tehWERR's suggestion is a Condemn market with Remembrance in case we either mill or have our Razca killed we can pull the combo off again.
In playtesting and during the stream I was able to get her ability off about 10 times roughly combined. I had an earlier draft of the deck adding in some of the primal dragons but it was not consistent at all, the Stonescar version is by far the most consistent version if you are looking to get her second ability to go off.

I think draconic looting is really good for the deck. Might want to consider it. It does it all for the deck. Early game is power, mid game is power/discard, end game is draw 3. The 3 cards are also good market and discard fodder. I cut lantern for this. Because when lantern is blocked and killed, he is just a discard 1 draw 1. I didn’t like that he has to attack. But he is good against some control decks that don’t play much creature, he can get some chip dmg in.
Another card I liked was fatal misstep, because it discards bottom of deck, I often bottom dragons I don’t wanna draw with the crests. so it discards it with misstep and I get a better draw instead of a fatty in hand waiting to be discarded.
Another card worth mention is back-alley delinquent, he can choice discard a dragon and at the same time strip a harsh rule/kill spell/attachment from enemy hand. Really good stats 1/3 to fend off early game too. But list is super tight already and not sure where to make the cut.
Final moment is also a meme card for this deck, but again, no deck space, but it’s fun to mess around with the list trying all these out.
Super glad you are enjoying the deck! Lantern is definitely a flex spot and you can put whatever discard/draw you like. I can't remember if I gave draconic looting a look or not but it's not a bad idea. I know I looked at Catalyze and was not impressed.
Back-alley delinquent used to be a staple of self mill decks but as you noted the list is pretty tight already and just had nowhere to put him.
