2P starts our card draw engines Wisdom of the Elders, Second Sight, and Celestial Omen
2F Gives us access to Library Phoenix
3P Allows us to summon Eilyn, Queen of the Wilds
4P Allows us to hard-cast Channel the Tempest, but at that point, the game is either lost or won

Improvements
1. 2 more copies of Eilyn, Queen of the Wilds, replacing Whispering Wind or Celestial Omen
2. 2 more copies of West-Wind Herald, replacing Tundra Explorer

Thoughts
This is a fun combo deck, from drawing Echo-ed burn and discounting them with library phoenix to pulling decimates from snowballs with Eilyn(s).
