The game plan is simple, just Burn Them All.
Caution: This deck is for fun only.
This very typical burn deck is inspired by LocoPojo's Carpet Shuffle.
Static Bolt (also other burn spells) is the key source of damage in this deck.
While it is inefficient to give
Static Bolt Echo after the nerf to
Elysian Trailblazer, there are still a couple of ways to trigger the fate effect, namely
Second Sight and Market access, in Skycrag colours.
Market
As for the Market choices,
Herald's Song is usually the first card I pull out of the Market.
Downdark Scrounger can draw back a damage spell but usually don't get to attack.
Re-read can draw a spell from your void, which is useful if you are pushing for the last bit of damage, ie 14 or 16 damage usually.
Mirror Image is currently used as the 3-cost spell slot for
Blazing Salvo when
Garden of Omens is in play. It is generally used to copy Market cards.
Prodigious Sorcery is usually our win-con. Use it to draw back
Static Bolts for 30+ damage in a turn.
More often than not, you will find a copy of
Static Bolt in your Market.
Market Access
Howling Peak Smuggler is pretty self-explanatory, as is
Jennev Merchant.
Blazing Salvo is one of the most important components in this deck. It serves as a cheap removal and a good way to toss your
Static Bolt into the Market. It is a bit more tricky when
Garden of Omens is in play as the choices are much more restricted.
Rage Grafter is the worst Market access in the deck, maybe.
Possible Replacements
For the Market, we can replace the
Downdark Scrounger with
Kaleb's Choice or
Backlash.
Mirror Image can be replaced by
Polymorph or maybe even
Mighty Strikes.
Greed's Reward and
Rejection are flex cards to be fetched by
Garden of Omens.
