Dark Vault Shining

My rank is around 1500 to 2000 masters and I just play around with some jank ideas.
I have no hard stats, but this deck won me some games and I have fun playing around with this twist on the TJS colors.


This is a Kerendon list I play around with. It startet out with the idea to play Xenan Temple in an Argenport list, because I had the card lying around and taking an opponents recursion away is pretty funny to me. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Temple isn't part of the deck anymore, but it ended up having a couple interesting synergies.

Playing Time allowed me to put Azindel, Revealed into the deck as a finisher. Through Tavrod, Auric Broker discard and the Vara, Fate-Touched you can build a huge board out of nowhere.

Add to that the ramp through Lost Scroll and Display of Vision and you can get to the high drops consistently. Those cards also allow you to cheat out power for Martyr's Chains.

The reason the Fenris Nightshade is in the deck is because I feel like Kerendon decks lack draw and that card provides that to an extend in addition to being a cheap minion against agressive decks. Also the 3 damage get compensated through all the Lifesteal.

I prefer Vanquisher's Blade over the Vanquish because it's another target for the Tavrod, Auric Broker and buffs the Auric Interrogator. Also I feel like the 5 power isn't a big issue.

Last thing and the change that saw Xenan Temple leave the deck:
At first I had the Temple in th market, to have it accessable.
I felt like two Sites in the market were a bit clunky though, so I had already thought I wanted to replace it.
Flipping through my collection I noticed I had a copy of Zelia, the Vain and looking at the deck it has 7 Unseen with cost 2. I descided to try her and I think I like her so far.



PS: The one caveat I have is that sometimes I feel like I want a Harsh Rule or maybe a Devastating Setback to just clear a big enemy board. Too interested in trying out more jank like Zelia, the Vain and Xenan Temple tho.
