Talir, Timejumper is an oddball. It feels prenerfed, like last week's promo. It has a unique defensive ability, but its high cost make it absolutely moot in most matchups. So this week's deck is a little bit of a mixed bag. Based on (Rank 6 Masters) Rolant's Threesome from half a year ago, I present to you: Rolant's Harem.
The beef of this deck is based around four hero cards: Rolant, Iron Tyrant, Diana, Faith's Shield, Maeve, Walker of Aeons, and Talir, Timejumper. Each hero has a unique skill that works towards an end-game beatdown. Rolant fills the board with valkyries, and is an imposing defender; Diana is evasive, gives you armor and a bonus card; Maeve refreshes your deck with beefier units and weapons; and Talir provides the knockout punch at the end.

Hello, thnak you for trying to make Talir, Timejumper work, it's not obvious what to do with the card.
I wonder about Wasteland Broker in your deck. I don't really see any Market card that I would like to draw several times in the next turns.
Have you considered the Time Merchant instead? It's a good blocker and helps ramping, which is important in this deck. Of course it forces to you a Time-only Market but I think that this faction has a lot of good Market options.
It can also allow you to remove Pillar of Progress (since it's in there only for the ramp effect) and play something else instead.
