I based this off of
xyzzy's Cranium Rats. However there are a few changes I've made. The first change I made was to remove Sahin for budget reasons, but also because I think he's slow, unwieldy, and low impact if you're not getting a big relic like Chains or Pit. Even in that case you're still paying 7 mana for his effect. Instead I have Lobotomy as an answer that doesn't rely on attacking and as a way to use excess relics for a purpose. The second change I made was to increase the deck's ability to respond to Avigraft, which is everywhere, by adding Disjunction to the main and replacing it in the black market with Passage of Eons. I then cut Vault—it's good in long games against decks without Avigraft and horrific in any other case. Maybe it could go in the Market, but I doubt it.
Finally, the most significant change I've made is to cut the Katra/Horn/Mask combo, because it's fiddly, and takes up too much space and too many cards when there's already a much better card that does more or less the same thing: Xenan Obelisk. The space freed up by this change, I've dedicated to Hailstorm, Marionette Cross, and the two Obelisks that xyzzy left out.
There are some other minor changes, such as Waystones and Strategize>Cull the Deck, and I'm still fiddling with the power. I cut Cargo for Seeks, since I want 8 for Obelisk. I'm not all that happy with the scattered 2 and 3 ofs and want to consolidate those down into the best options.
Stampede remains in the market for being a fifth (less resilient) copy of Obelisk. Storm replaces Crystallize, because board-stalls don't really happen in this meta IME, while Storm ducks under the toughness of everything of yours that isn't a Rat. Azindel is high impact and a non-relic reliant win condition, so you don't instantly lose to Bore. Shadow, to help support Cross's SSS requirement.
I haven't been playing this in high Masters or anything, due to an extended break, but I think with some work this deck could reach there.
