Arranged version of Purpose Control v2.2.0

My Worldpyre Deck.
The basic idea is that...Worldpyre can generate effects as soon as it is played, provided there are 8 mana. It does not have to worry about Relic being destroyed. It is an effective way to play. Alternatively, it is a good idea to check your opponent's cards with Builder's Decree and play early if there are no cards to destroy Relic.

It is important to do RAMP in all plans.
Plan A is Empower, specifically using Pit of Lenekta and Martyr's Chains to win. Marshal Ironthorn and Worldbearer Behemoth work well with Empower.
Plan B is Amplify, where you win by generating huge tokens with Builder's Decree.

The newly adopted A New Tomorrow can be called from Discover Talents and is good in combination with Worldpyre. The scout's effect allows you to choose which card to use next, but in most cases Hive Delivery, Builder's Decree or Aid of the Hooru is a good choice.

As always, you can call Aid of the Hooru from Discover Talents. Of course, it can be combined with Worldpyre.

Plan C is a backdoor route, using Temporal Distortion to use mana inexhaustibly and act even on the opponent's turn. Because there are a lot of spell cards in the deck. If all spells become Fast Spells, then playing a card that creates a token on the opponent's turn has the same effect as Ambush, and the opponent cannot respond.

The other cards in the market are for basic defense.

In the early stages of the game, you can use RAMP to accelerate the game.
Celestial Discovery will be useful late in the game. Display of Survival is competent and is a continuation.

In my testing, I was able to produce 5, 42/42 tokens or about 10, Sand Wurm in around 10 turns. Or it can generate 20-30 mana in 8-9 turns.

The strict requirements of influence have led to the adoption of Trail Maker, which has reduced accidents.
As an answer to aggro, boosting to 5 mana and then playing Builder's Decree to put down a 5/5 token is a good move.

Talir, Looking Forward is the first card drawn on the turn, so any card drawn from the market using Hive Delivery on the opponent's turn is half cost! If Talir, Looking Forward is in play, you can draw A New Beginning at the start of the turn and it costs 2. If you then draw Power and then A New Beginning again, that card also costs 2. Talir, Looking Forward works well with scout. You can increase the possibility that the next card you draw will be something other than power.
Memento Mori not only works well with Celestial Discovery, but also accelerates the effectiveness of Worldpyre. It also helps you reach 8 mana faster.

Have fun!

Thanks for the comment. I'm working on adjusting the deck to make it better. But I think it is almost complete.

This deck struggles (obviously) against aggro and tempo. I think I might swap Decree for Defiance and Talir for save the day.
neoseek Edited Eternal Version: 24.05.01
Basically, This deck is not good at aggro. I will write down some recommended cards for arrangements.
Heavy Hail, Combrei Lawmage, Auren Condemnation

It is also a good idea to change the market card.
If the market is blued(Primal), the next card can be used.
Obstructive Flicker, Vision of Austerity, Heavy Hail, Honor of Claws, Scourge of Frosthome
