League - Chapter 24: Petitions

- You start off with 8 packs to open.
- Each week of the League, you’ll get 2 new packs to add to your pool for a total of 14 packs over the course of the League.
- Everyone who participates will receive the new card back upon entering the League.
- You can resign and buy back into the League multiple times but only your most recent run will count towards the leaderboards.
