My first crack at building a deck with the new promo card. Very control oriented, and I threw in Rain of Frogs because it works wonders against certain decks like Vara. You can substitute a different card into the deck instead. It might be worth putting in a couple extra Inscribe cards? The nice thing about them is that if they get drawn by Surveying the Rift they don't get discarded, unlike regular power.
