Information

Either Gauntlet has been made easier, or the deck works. After 7-8 consecutive successful runs with no close calls, I decided to post. The premise of the card choices was: I want cards that do well (or decently, at least) both at the start of the game and at the end. This is the list I arrived at.
The questionable and unquestionable choices:
Lets start with the former
-Twisted Farmer: I liked this card from the beginning but hadn't tested it. I still like it. It doesn't break the game or anything, but it is a really good defender both against go wide decks, single units and -notably- double-damage and charge bosses.
-Death Ripple: most removal in the deck is cost dependant, and this one is no exception. 4 cost is usually the start of the really annoying units and being able to take care of them, no questions asked, is great. It IS slow, however, and that is a serious drawback. On the bright side, many decks care about cost-reduction, or buffing a small unit or playing the most powerful cards of the game every turn (I see you 5-colour boss), and the card counters all of those really well.
Vishni, Lethrai Highblood is an ok card. There's probably something better out there. But a 3-3 flyier for 3, that steals the void (which can sometimes matter), and can be used for 6 to play 3 chump blockers has been working just fine.
Lethrai Provocateur: resilient statline, deadly and an infiltrate ability that crushes some decks to the ground. I'll take 3 please (I don't have the 4th one, probably wouldn't play it either).
Now the MVPs
-Moldermuck shines against every deck. The AI has no idea how to handle it, and often overestimates it. Go wide? Moldermuck replicates itself! Beefy units? Moldermuck has decay and can block multiple times (in fact, the AI will usually avoid attacking)! Spell based AI deck? Moldermuck dodges most damage-base turn-3 removal, and by turn 4, you'll have 2 of them! Seriously, this guy rocks against the AI. Hadn't played it before, won't play a shadow deck without it again.
-The market: multiple ways to access the market and really strong 1-cost situational spells make the shadow market the best (fot me at least). Pale Rider's Timepiece can probably be replaced. Don't ever play it on Moldermuck as it pairs horribly with deadly!.

All in all, the deck is both versatile and tuned expressely to deal with the most annoying bosses. Honorable mention to Rune of Illusion, whose occasional lifesteal and reach can make you hold out otherwise lost games.
