Mono Primal deck built around 5+ health units so we can safely play Heavy Hail without killing our side. Enormous Anura is a farily new promo card that hasn't seen much play, but I think it can be good in the post-Spear nerf meta now that more people are playing aggro decks with low health units.

This deck is way too slow. I've lost 7 in a row. By the time I can fight back, my health is way too low to compete.

I was net positive winrate playing this deck. You may not be mulliganing properly. Heavy Hail, Lethrai Marauder, Permafrost from market should all be enough to get you through the first few turns even against aggro. Once you get to 4 power your units are beefy enough to stand up against incoming damage. You can bounce Volatile Reaction off your own units so you don't take face damage.
