This is another deck that came to my mind when I saw the new cards. Features very quick games, probably the fastest deck on the format. Especially
Centipede Keeper helps to push the curve lower than previously possible and fills voids for
Bloodseeker and such. Not sure whether
Traitorous Lantern is actually better than
Chizue, Silver Hilt, but if nothing else, the nightfall effect for an extra bit of damage is pretty neat. Also, you may notice that I do not run full 4x
Skullmarket Delivery. This is because I do not like such tempo loss in an aggresive deck and getting two in hand very often means that I will be too slow.
I'm playing a similar list and I agree with you with the tempo loss of playing Skullmarket Delivery only that I'm playing 0 copies of it for that reason.
I tried Traitorous Lantern but found him slow or unimpactful.
For his ultimate he needs to not get removed, can't hardly block and will only attack when he won't die on your attack and then there must be a unit which he can target.
These are too many ifs for my taste. His stats are okay but compared
I play Rickety Ramcart over Traitorous Lantern as well as Chizue, Silver Hilt.
I rate the "stickyness" of Rickety Ramcart higher than the impact of Chizue, Silver Hilt. Did you try Rickety Ramcart?
Compared to your list I play
-2x Skullmarket Delivery
-1x Ignite
-1x Raniya, Miviox Maniac
-4x Traitorous Lantern
+4x Karrina, Embercaster
+4x Rickety Ramcart
With Karrina, Embercaster and Rickety Ramcart you can keep pesky blockers temporaily away while your units deliver the damage as I expect more Time based midrange decks with their large units with the new release.
(I do ignore/don't value the warcry on Karrina due to the all-too-common-hunting)
What do you think about the diffrences?
Best regards

I find Karrina, Embercaster definitely viable to the point of considering playing it over Raniya, Miviox Maniac and putting her to marker in place of Ziat. I am definitely keeping some copies of Skullmarket Delivery just because of the possibility of relic hate, which helped me a lot so far.
Also, I used to play Rickety Ramcart before, but now I consider it possibly the worst of all mentioned 4-drops, because it happened to me a lot that the enemy player had a lot of cheap pinging for the 1 toughness. Like, people still seem to play Collection Rounds or even a few Lutestrung Bow. For now, I will stick to the Traitorous Lantern, because only recently it helped me win against Sashenka, which I would have lost otherwise, by killing both her and one of her bears. :D But if I get bored of him one day, I would definitely go with Chizue, Silver Hilt.
