Brew around Inspiring Leadership

The rats just need leadership! The deck goes wide, Loyalist is a great card to play after Inspiring Leadership to buff a rat or dino to 6/6. Shadowlands Guide can replay a big rat, dino or Copper Conduit (which is also a big guy to play after Leadership, leadership triggers AFTER it buffs itself)
I'm unsure about the Wisps,Grafter/smuggler. Rapid Development in the market is a good finisher, it can provide loads of stats with a Loyalist or Conduit.
