This deck is playable jank. I don't recommend it for earnestly climbing, but it wins its share of games.
This deck started because Starlight Guide's Spellcraft is OP when it's night. So it's got lots of Nightfall effects, some of which don't seem very good, but they do some work.
The deck got its name from
Stargazing, and we won a couple of games on stream with a well-placed tactical bounce. But I have pared Stargazing down to two because it's weak against all the Hooru Control that's creeping around.
Don't sleep on
Check-Raise. There is SO MUCH out there that relies on casting spells on schedule. We usually have a strong early ground game that our opponent wants to board wipe.
