Budget decks are decks that use only common and uncommon cards.
Mid Budget decks have promos and rare cards but no legendary cards.

Some Budget/Mid Budget decks contain cards above their status from the playset "Enter the Arcanum". You can purchase this set for 25,000 Gold in the store. I recommend saving up to spend your first gold on this playset as it gives you access to legendaries and rares that you can use to build better decks with when you're just starting your career.

Hey I like the deck a lot but if there is a chance can you also write how to upgrade it ? I'm a newbie and Ive bought all the theme decks and I thought maybe I can upgrade the deck wtih those legendaries but dunno how.

Did it boss! So just wanna say Ive cut 1 flash flood 1 myrmidon helm and 1 daring leap to put 1 of each olos,quin and lipa also 1 crafty infiltiration I hope I didnt screw it up but it feels kinda good for now

This is the mid budget version I just posted. Replace cards accordingly using this list. Yes, there are several legendary cards to include if you have them. Lipa, Crafty Infiltration, and a copy of The Winter Fox in the market. If you have those cards, replace accordingly to what you feel is the best. Use the hunt mechanic as often as possible.

We just played (assume with your legendary version) vs mine with 4x lipa, TWF and the rest. I like TWF a lot but sometimes (especially vs a super aggro deck he just doesn't show up on time.) I liked your use of Heavy Hail, it might be a must include in the new Primal decks until something comes along to mitigate it. Though it was less than effective against a heavier board, you used it to good effect.
