Seems like Mirrorscale Chains by Roshi is already on it, so this is just my take.

Already's discarding cards? Let's benefit from it instead.
Torgov and Nomnom for sure as payoffs.
Or just play straight from the void with Mirrorscale.
This is a little taller than my other deck with Finneas and not as hard to pull off.

Insight into Hour and Trainee are the fixing. Otherwise Synthesis in the market for power.

Discard outlets: Trainee, Insight, Marauder, Torgov, Whispering, Linrei

Originally did not have Whispering so inspiration was taken. But the control is just so good.
Whispering allows ditching a 2drop -> payoff 4drop (Torgov/Nomnom) -> 5drop Uther -> 6drop Mirrorscale.

Big pumps happen if there is a Pan in play and multiple discards happen before/during the swing.
