Do you think 2 copies of Noble really helps? Statistically the Dino Nest player is twice as likely to draw their relic as you are drawing Noble, not to mention they are probably favoring their mulligans specifically to hit that card. I generally feel like if I want to counter an early relic deck I need more removal options so I actually can draw and play the counter before it's too late anyway.
