After trying out a ton of Xenan/Aurelian/other three color decks with Time and Shadow after the release of Homecoming, this is what ended up being the most successful for me on ladder. I'll go through the cards in it in order of importance, and considerations I didn't end up playing.

KEY CARDS
Maindeck:
Teacher of Humanity
Cursed Prophet Deleph
Ebon Dune Smuggler
Vara, Vengeance-Seeker
Moonstone Vanguard
Xenan Temple
Vara's Favor
At Least 10 Pieces of Hard Removal
Market:
In Cold Blood
Azindel, Revealed
---
You aren't playing the same deck as me if you aren't running these cards. They all are excellent for various reasons. Teacher of Humanity is good on curve with upside against control, Deleph combos with her. Vara is, as always, real good. Moonstone Vanguard gives you late-game sustain and defends against aggro. Xenan Temple just does a bit of everything--- removes, draws, fucks up Revenge decks. Vara's Favor is great because there's a ton of dangerous x/1 drops being played right now, including Initiate, Hojan and Kerendon Merchant, and the fixing is often key to get to 5 and then 7. Ebon Dune Smugger is great in this deck specifically for the interactions with In Cold Blood and Azindel. The opposing player can't counterplay against a Smuggler on 3 into an In Cold Blood on a Merchant or other key Justice threat on 4, and likewise can't prepare for a Smuggler on 7 on an empty board into an Azindel on 8 that gets you a card immediately. I've won multiple games off both of these. Finally, I've seen some other Xenan decks try to jam as many hard-to-deal with units in a deck as possible and neglecting removal, but sometimes you just need an answer against a Heart of the Vault or something else you can attack through.

GOOD CARDS
Maindeck:
Initiate of the Sands
Desecrate
Banish
Sandstorm Titan
Dizo's Office
Market:
Xenan Initiation
Stray into Shadow
---
These cards are all important to the gameplan, but could be potentially shifted around. Initiate obviously helps you ramp to the all-important 4 and 5 drops, Sandstorm Titan is still good and really helps against the glut of flyers in the current Meta, and Dizo's Office does a ton for you but is a 7 drop so could potentially be changed if you wanna go more aggressive. I really like Banish in the maindeck because it's so versatile, but you could shift it to the side if you want, and Desecrate is an excellent card when you have board control but rough in a late-game topdecking situation where the opponent has pushed you below 10 health, which is why I advise not running more than 3. In the market, Xenan Initiation is a staple that can flip board control and Stray into Shadow helps against aggro.

FLEX CARDS
Maindeck:
Amaran Stinger
Market:
Passage of Eons
---
I've not been super-impressed with Amaran Stinger's performance in this shell. Sometimes she helps, sometimes she feels like she isn't enough to improve your board position. One of the more dead drops in the deck late game. Passage of Eons is just a personal preference for me over Disjunction, but they could be flipped or Passage could even be removed entirely if you want to keep 4 Banishes maindeck.

NOTABLE EXCLUSIONS
Ponysnatcher
Vara's Choice
The Praxis Arcanum
Worldbearer Behemoth
---
Everyone wants to fit Ponysnatcher in their Shadow decks post-Homecoming, but from my experience it only goes off so often, and when it is blocked it's a 2/2, which does nothing for your board position and trades poorly with more or less every unit played in Constructed. Vara's Choice is the card in this bunch I miss the most and wish I could find room for it. Praxis Arcanum doesn't really impress me, it's fragile and the spells are often dead plays, though if you did want to play it you'd probably also wanna play Behemoth and some other on-attack type units.
I've found I just get blown out by Reanimator decks though. I've slotted in Steward of the Past in the market to just have a chance against them in place of Passage of Eons. Is there any other way you'd deal with them?
