Pick between Vara's Favor or Hour of Makkar depending on what matchups you are seeing. Vara's Favor can slow down early aggro, while Hour of Makkar helps protect our relics against sacrifice and also can push damage later in the game.

I didn't run into any issues with power screw, but if you do - consider placing Grim Reminder in the market instead of Morbid Deal. I feel like this deck has enough options for removal that Morbid Deal is not mandatory, although it can be a good value against a juicy wasp.
