Sometimes this deck swings the big knockout with Maul, and other times it pushes a lot of unit damage. You'll need to read the opponent's deck around turn 2 or 3 and recognize what your game plan is... which might mean discarding a Maul against aggro.
Lethrai Marauder and
Heavy Hail both can be used to spend cards that are weak in your current situation to at least get some kind of value out of them.
Besides
All-Nighter just being a good card, it and
Rabbit's Foot can allow us to cast a
Maul one turn early, while opponent still has a couple more cards in their hand.
Note that
Stargazing only bounces
ready enemy units, so if you don't have them on the defensive, it can become a use-it-or-lose-it. It's often right to use it unless your only target is a
Krogar, Burdened Hero or something with a nasty summon.
We hates lifesteal and negates, we hatess them, yesss we do. Lifesteal, because we are definitely on a schedule and can run out of gas. Negates are devastating when we are counting on our one big trick, so grab Check Raise from the market, and try to get Maul through that way.
Tripwire Trap can break face aegis for cheap. That, rather than its text, is it's purpose in the market. Thanks to Dudrosa for that suggestion, as well as Rabbit's Foot.
This deck just went 10-2 over my last dozen games. /shrug No way it's
that good, but it's fun. The influence situation can get sticky, though if we can get our nightfalls rolling, that usually bails us out via extra draws. I'll say again, reading the enemy deck and getting the right game plan is
key for this deck: Will our opponent still have cards in hand when we get to six power? Will
Starlight Guide likely kill something relevant on turn four, or do we play it on two for pressure?
Lunar Magus now for maximum life gain, or something else to bait removal?
Meme strongly, my friends, meme strongly.
