Expedition Praxis Rank 6 -- July 2023

Howdy, folks. Here is your updated Praxis list for July, 2023. Gone are Apprentice Mage for Swift Subverter. I found myself having too many power dorks, and Subverter was just too good blanking opponent's Pincer Ant or Riftfeeder Wasp in the early game or late game. Gone also are Grand Excursion in favor of Surveying the Rift. Excursion, while good and fun... sometimes silly, it relies on having units to target. Rift, on the other hand, is way better later game. You need patience for it. Hold it until you've got 6 power to reload your hand. At that point, you probably don't need to draw power, so you're fine dumping it. Also changed, the market is now Hive Delivery rather than Caravan Delivery. That gives you access to Rapid Development (which finishes games in board stalls), Dunewave, Exodus, Binding Agreement, and Scorpion Wasp. You could probably switch out Scorpion Wasp for Display of Realities to deal with The Creation Project decks, but I like Scorpion since it has flying, giving you two ways to deal with pesky Riftfeeder Wasp. I went 18-4 with this build to get me through D2 and D1 into Masters. Enjoy!
