I have piloted this deck quite a bit, and I think Elham, Keen-Eyed has a really strong place here. She synergizes building armor with all the critter spawn which marginally improves Naoki, Valiant Warrior and gives you some end-game umph to throw fatties around if your The Creation Project cards get shut down or stall.

Also, replacing Harsh Rule with Shen-Ra Speaks is a small optimization that seems to work.
