Minotaur Armory Like It's 2023 (Rank 1 Aug 2023)

Fourth installment (or a reboot?) of the trilogy consisting of Minotaur Armory Like It's 2017, Minotaur Armory Like It's 2018, and Minotaur Armory Like It's 2019.

The primary win condition is attacking in front of Gift of the Auric Bank. Secondary win condition is drawing cards with Black Book, Pit Boss. Tertiary win condition is the Scornful Elite-Nullblade or Taunt unit soft lock. Quaternary win condition is sticking Poacher's Menagerie. Quinary win condition is stealing their win condition with Souleater Blade (Hive Queen Uther is common). Senary win condition is drawing Tinker Unionist in a topdeck war. There's no other win condition.

Excellent against aggro, good against midrange as long as Riftfeeder Wasp doesn't live, at least 50-50 against void shenanigans involving Mirrorscale and/or In Service due to Nullblade, but board-wipe card-draw control decks that don't run (m)any units are pretty hard to beat, unless they never answer Poacher's Menagerie. Rift's Edge Control is a particularly bad matchup, and I'm glad I didn't face it too much during my climb.

Bounty Board is omitted for being too slow, and Adamantine Pangolin is excluded for lacking impact the turn it comes down, dying to removal, the 3 armor not mattering too often, the +3/+3 frequently being hunted away, and being too small to attack through almost all relevant opposition after turn 4. Both can be the right option over Finest Hour and West, On the Trail, depending on meta.
